Today has been all about green veggies! Veggie Omelet for breakfast & then a veggie smoothie later on!! Here's the recipe for the Glowing Green Smoothie & some health benefits to go along with it as well! This blog doesn't specify exactly how much of each ingredient per se, but I used:
1 banana
1/2 cup peaches
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1/2 cup of water
I also think it would be great to add some chilled green tea to it instead of water, especially for those who don't like the taste of green tea but love the health benefits of it!
